For more than 40 years, I’ve helped people make real estate decisions, but I’ve never believed my job was simply to sell someone a house or put another transaction on the board. Sometimes that means helping a buyer recognize that a house isn’t the right one. Sometimes it means giving a seller advice they weren’t expecting. And when the right opportunity is in front of you, it means using my experience to help you pursue it strategically and confidently.

I’m also a national real estate instructor who teaches other real estate professionals about contracts, representation, pricing, negotiation, and professional practice. That education and experience matter because I put them to work for my clients.
